Sylvana developed the first Exemplar Job Ready training program in 2007 for students at the University at NSW which was a very successful pilot training program.

She derives great satisfaction out of the success of her students who are still in contact 7 years after completing the program.  She still receives requests from past students requesting her opinion on their career paths before changing jobs and before returning to Australia after working overseas.   Most of her Job Ready students are on her Facebook and LinkedIn pages and she receives regular updates.

Sylvana Livissianis is a CPA with more than 25 years experience in Corporate Accounting.  She runs www.BeanCounters2U.com.au  a Bookkeeping and Accounting services business with Corporate clients.

This includes but is not limited to Cashflow Forecasts, Budgets, Profit & Loss Reports and Balance Sheets.

Con provides strategic & governance advice to mid-sized organisations. As well as, business training for entrepreneurs & the younger members of family businesses.

He is the founder of Exemplar Performance Advantage, a leading provider of corporate governance processes & associated performance evaluation solutions to the global corporate market. His business experience stretches over four decades. It includes extensive involvement in the areas of business strategy, performance evaluation, performance improvement, governance, training, e-commerce & innovation.

More recently, Con has overseen the launch of digibookx in Australia – a service which automates the capture and review of financial information. His commitment to the digibookx service derives from a strong conviction that digibookx will save businesses a considerable portion of their bookkeeping costs. In addition to speeding up the production & improving the accuracy of their financial reports.

Outside of his immediate business concerns, Con serves as a Non-Executive Director for The Greek Orthodox Parish of South East Sydney and the Australia India Business Council Ltd. He is also Chairman of the CPA Australia Director Discussion Group in Sydney.
